Adobe Flash is a multimedia platform, found throughout the Web, for displaying video, graphics and sound. At times, your Mac computer may not recognize Flash, preventing you from seeing a video. This could be due to a corrupt file or the result of an update that did not take Flash into account. There are several ways to resolve the issue.
▲Update your Flash Player
1.Launch a browser and go to the Adobe Flash Player website (see Resources).
2.Click the "Download now" button. Click the radio button next to "Save File" and then click the "OK" button. Click on the "install_flash_player_osx_ub.dmg" file that is found on your desktop.
3.Wait until a window with a Flash Player icon appears and click on it. Put a check mark in the box confirming that you have read the license agreement. Hit the "Install" button and type in your administrator user name and password. Click the "Done" button when the process is complete.
▲Enable Flash Firefox
1.Launch your Firefox browser. Click "Tools" in the main menu bar. Scroll down and click "Add-ons," and then click "Plugins."
2.Scroll down and select the Flash plugin.
3.Click the "Enable" button and restart your browser.
